Emma started her career as a stylist, her love for aesthetics led her to NY where she developed her event planning skills. Having found her true calling she came back to Montreal to start Events Management Agency.

1. Describe your story in 2-3 sentences (how you got into the industry and why)
I actually started out as a stylist in fashion. After planning one event for a friend I realized this was really just another form of styling but with the added challenge I needed. I enjoyed the challenge so I took it and rolled with it!

2. What has been your most memorable work experience thus far?
This is a tough one! I would have to say planning a rooftop pool party themed event in the middle of the summer in NYC. Working in that New York summer heat is VERY memorable!

3. Do you have a nickname at your workplace?
I smile too much, sometimes even when it’s inappropriate! You could say “Smiles” has become my second name.

4. What's the #1 DIY tool you can't live without?
All my projects start with an inspiration and I take photos of everything that inspires me. So I would have to say my phone.

5. Red or white wine?
White, especially in a good aperol spritz!
