The product needs to be in-stock and available for purchase at both retailers, whether in-store or online. The online retailer must be selling the item in brand new condition and cannot be a 3rd party seller. The product also has to be the same make, model and condition, including any additional duties and fees (if applicable).
Clean the outer frame from dust and fingerprints with a feather duster then wipe with a non-abrasive damp cloth and non-abrasive cleaning product. If the artwork is under a glass panel, clean with a glass cleaning product. Painted artwork surfaces should only be lightly dusted as necessary.
