Yes. The fabric is 100% combed cotton sateen with a 400 thread count. Sateen refers to its weave, which gives the cotton a smooth feel and refined sheen.
Fit depends on the total height of your mattress and topper, as well as the mattress width and length. Measure them together and compare with the 15" / 38.1 cm pocket depth, allowing room for the sheet to fit around the mattress.
The fabric has a colourless, odourless natural-silver formula applied to help prevent the growth of germs and bacteria on the sheet. This is a fabric-protection feature, not a claim of protection from illness, and regular laundering is still needed.
Both are 39 inches wide. The Twin fitted sheet measures 76 inches long, while Twin XL measures 80 inches long. Both have the same 15-inch pocket depth.
