Ingredients (serves 4)
1 big broccoli
1 small onion or 2 French shallots
± 6-7 cooked bacon slices
1 cup of cheddar cheese, diced
½ cup of real mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
Spices (to your own liking)

Instructions
Cut the broccoli, the onion (or the shallots) and the bacon slices in small pieces. Dice the cheddar cheese. Put everything in a salad bowl and add mayonnaise. Mix. Add salt and pepper to your own liking (you can also add spices, as you desire).
