At Linen Chest, we take the health of our customers, employees and community to heart.  It is for this reason that we are closely monitoring the government's decisions, as well as the measures implemented by health organizations in response to COVID-19.
Due to the current situation and to avoid the risk of spread of the virus, we are taking certain exceptional preventative measures. We would like to point out that these measures are just as beneficial to you, our valued customer, as they are to our employees. You will thus be reassured of our professionalism, as well as the importance we draw to this unprecedented time.

When scheduling an appointment by telephone with a client, certain questions will be asked regarding their current state of health and that of those around them.
1. Have you traveled outside the country in the past 14 days?
2. Have you had direct contact with travelers in the past 14 days?
3. Are you currently in quarantine? If yes, since what date?
4. Have you had direct contact with someone around you who is currently in quarantine? If yes, since what date?
5. Do you have flu symptoms like a cough, fever, cold, etc.? If yes, since what date?
6. Have you seen a doctor and what was the diagnosis?
7. Have you had direct contact with someone who has flu symptoms, such as a cough, fever, cold, etc.? If yes, since what date?

**Important note: We will notify customers that they have a duty to inform us if their current state of health has worsened during the period between making an appointment and the date of their appointment. If this is the case, we will reschedule the appointment to a later date.


Actions We Are Taking
Installers are warned to take the following procedures seriously.

AT ALL TIMES:
1. You must stay approximately 1 meter away from the client.
2. Do not share a pen with the client (for signature).
3. You will have no direct contact with the client (handshake).
4. You must wash your hands often with soap and warm water.
5. An alcohol-based hand sanitizer should be used frequently.
6. The client's walls, objects or personal effects should be touched as little as possible.
7. If you must sneeze or cough, you must do it in your elbow.
8. You will not use the client’s restroom.

Lastly, as the current situation is ongoing and the news and recommendations provided by government are evolving rapidly, we will continue to monitor updates and keep you informed of any changes to the guidelines mentioned above.
