Add items to your cart. Select your preferred Linen Chest location for free pick-up. Complete online payment.
You will get notified by email once your order is ready for pick-up as well as where to present yourself in-store.
Once you arrive, head to the Customer Service counter. Present your email confirmation and a photo ID to the associate to receive your order.
How it works
Place your order online and select the “Buy Online Pick-up in Store” option at checkout.
We will send you an email when your order is ready for pick-up. Look out for a phone number you need to call upon arrival.
When you arrive, call the number provided in your confirmation email. Please have your photo ID & order number ready. Open your trunk and the store associate will place the order inside.
On the product page, click on the link Check in stores (near the Add to Cart button). A window will open with the list of Linen Chest stores. If the message “Pick-up Not Available” or “Not in Stock” is indicated, you cannot order this item for in-store pick-up. You have the option of checking another store to see if they offer the service for this product.
You will receive a confirmation email letting you know when your order is ready for pick-up.
You may present yourself in-store at the Customer Service counter with a photo ID and the email confirmation you received in order to pick up your order.
The person whose contact information appears on their order is the only person who is authorized to pick it up.
Once the order is placed, the pick-up location cannot be changed. Please contact Customer Care Team for more assistance.
All orders for in-store pick up will be held for up to 30 days from the time the order is ready for pick-up. After this time, if not picked up yet, your order may be cancelled for a credit note. You may then contact customer service if you need further support.
You would have to place two different orders, one for in-store pickup and the other to be shipped.
The full order total will be charged to your account once you have received the confirmation email that your order is ready for pick-up.

Absolutely! You will simply need to place two separate orders: one order for Contactless Curbside Pick-Up and one for home delivery.
Unfortunately, no – we only allow one pick up location per order.
Please bring your photo ID (driver’s license or government issued ID), as well as the order number or confirmation email.
Unfortunately, no. Items must be picked up at the location that was selected when the order was placed.
You will receive an email (normally within 2 hours) advising you that your order is ready for pick-up. If you do not receive it, please check your junk folder or spam filter. Contact us for more information.
If for some reason there is an issue with a specific store's inventory, a customer service agent may need to reach you directly to provide additional information regarding your order.

You can pick up your order from Monday to Friday between 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Go to the front of the store closest to the entrance. Call the phone number provided to you in the confirmation email. You will be asked your name, order number, and the model/colour of your car. Please follow any instructions given to you by our store staff. Simply open your trunk and your order will be placed inside.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to send someone other than the person identified on the order confirmation to pick up the order.
The Buy Online, Contactless Curbside Store Pickup service is available to customers at select Linen Chest’s stores. Please see below.
