Makes 2 cups
All you need:
4 large, ripe avocadoes, peeled, seeded and mashed
5 ml (1 tsp) lemon juice
Finely chopped tomato
Guacamole Dip mix
All you do:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate 15-20 minutes.
Tastes even better if prepared a couple of hours in advance.
FOR CREAMY GUACAMOLE
Replace 2 of the avocados with 250 ml (1cup/8oz) sour cream, and omit the lemon juice & tomatoes.
Follow the rest of the Guacamole directions.
