The shipping address provided at the time of checkout must be a valid and complete Canadian shipping address. Remote and rural address shipping fees will be determined once you have entered your postal code. We reserve the right to hold orders for verification. Please allow for a shipping delay of 2-5 business days.


  • We ship with Canada Post, UPS and Canpar, at our discretion.
  • Express shipping service is not currently available.
  • Gift Cards are mailed to recipients by regular postal service at no charge.

  • Restrictions

These shipping fees apply to Canada only, with the exception of certain rural areas and territories (i.e. Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut). Please contact customer service via LiveChat or by email before ordering for more details at info@linenchest.com.


Orders shipped to Canadian Territories, remote or rural areas have a flat delivery fee. For shipping to certain remote or rural areas, additional shipping surcharges may apply. If this is the case, these shipping surcharges will appear upon entry of your postal code at checkout.

  • Northwest Territories: $50 flat-rate per order
  • Yukon: $50 flat-rate per order
  • Nunavut: $75 flat-rate per order

Note: All orders with an oversized product will require a shipping quote. Free Shipping does not apply at any time to these Territories.


Flat-rate shipping fees for rural areas and territories are also not applicable on oversized items, such as certain furniture and over-dimensioned products that cannot be shipped by regular courier.   • Oversized Products

Oversized products are subject to different shipping conditions and services. Some may be eligible for free in-store pick-up, others, such as mattresses and large pieces of furniture or chairs, will have specific delivery options.


All home deliveries are now contactless and our delivery teams will leave the product right at your door. If you live in an apartment building or condominium, we will deliver to your door, not the lobby.


  • Small oversized items are subject to an additional $10 shipping surcharge on top of standard shipping rates or costs for shipping to remote areas. Enter your postal code at checkout for applicable rate in your area.

  • Large oversized items are subject to an additional $29 shipping surcharge on top of standard shipping rates or costs for shipping to remote areas. Enter your postal code at checkout for applicable rates in your area.

  • Delivery on very large items can be subject to a $90 flat rate delivery or a custom shipping quote. We will contact you with the best rate in these particular cases.



NOTE: Mattress and headboards are exempt from these rates. You will be contacted by our delivery department to schedule an appointment.

  • How does item availability affect the shipping delay?

Some delays may occur if the product needs to be transferred from another location. If it is out of stock, you will be advised promptly.

You can find out if any item is in stock on the product page, it will indicate the availability of each item and also provide you with an estimated shipping delay. If a product is out of stock, this information will also be reflected on the product page along with a time estimate of when we will be receiving more stock.

Most of our products are in stock and are ready to be shipped. The shipping process for orders for in-stock items begins once the items are localized on our end and once your payment has been authorized. Most in-stock items should be ready to ship within one business day. If ever we need to transfer one or more items from one of our local warehouses, shipping could take up to 3 business days. If we need to transfer the items from a secondary warehouse, it can take up to 5 business days.

Be advised that any item(s) in your order that has shipped from different locations may arrive in one or more packages on different dates. You will receive an email confirming each shipment, with the applicable tracking information for each package in your order.

  • Gift Card

No fees will be charged for the shipping of a gift card. All gift cards are mailed out by regular mail services or courier services, at our discretion.

Orders of this value should be exempt from these duties and fees as these goods are purchased for personal use only.     30-DAY RETURNS

    We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from LinenChest.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for a refund or an exchange.

    Return any online orders within 30 days to any Linen Chest store for FREE

    Simply ship items back to our warehouse at your cost.


    Merchandise can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days after your order is received provided it is in re-sale condition. Shipping fees for items shipped back to our warehouse will only be reimbursed in the case of a defect, damaged item or an error made on our part.


    We will gladly refund or exchange your purchase upon presentation of the receipt in-store and online.

    1. All products can only be returned if unused, in perfect condition, in their original package and if they still contain all included documentation, pieces and accessories.
    2. You must bring the order along with a copy of the documentation that accompanied your order. Only the purchaser can return items for a refund, otherwise, if you are the recipient of an order, a credit note will be issued as long as our return policy is respected. In both cases, I.D. will be required for verification.
    3. Refunds will only be processed on the same payment method used on the original order.
    4. You will have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to return it for a refund. The shipping cost will only be refunded if the return is a result of a manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part.

    Returns & Exchanges - U.S. Customers

    • Return Policy

    We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from LinenChest.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus a flat return shipping fee of $12.95 (as long as the return procedure described below is followed). The parcel can also be returned for an exchange within thirty (30) days of delivery.

    • Track your order

    If you have an account, you will be able to check on the status of your orders directly from your profile page. If you do not have an account, you can track your order on this page. Just enter your order number or your delivery postal code. Once an order is processed and shipped out, you should receive an email regarding your order’s shipping status containing a tracking number as well as a link to access the shipping service website to trace your parcel. Depending on the service chosen and used you can trace your parcel on the following sites:

    - Canpar : www.canpar.ca


    • Change or cancel your order

    If you haven’t completed your order, it is possible to edit it directly from the view cart page. Once your order is completed, please contact customer service at 1 800 363-3832 selection option #3 (9am to 5pm) or email us at info@linenchest.com.

    On occasion, orders may be cancelled by our system for various reasons, including:


    1. Products being out of stock
    2. Difficulty in processing your payment information
    3. Unable to ship to the address provided
    4. Duplication of a previous order

    Upon delivery, immediately inspect your package for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipping. Carefully inspect the packaging and contents of the package. It’s normal for any package to show some wear.
    However, if your contents are damaged;


    1. Accept the package, make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt
    2. Sign and date it

    The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records. Contact customer service immediately (within 24 hours) at 1 800 363-3832 option #3 or at info@linenchest.com.

    • Sending a gift

    Unfortunately at this time we do not offer a giftwrapping service. Please indicate if you are purchasing a gift so we can make sure not to include any prices or an invoice inside the package. We can ship to most locations within Canada or the U.S. so your gift can get to its destination safely. You can also write a small message in the gift message box that will be shown on the gift receipt.
